Procton Village (Access Ladder)

Certified in compliance with European Standards EN 1176 by the German Institute TÜV-SÜD.
Made of electro-galvanized and painted steel with pantographed polyethylene PEHD panels without sharp edges.
The village consists of n.1 tower with steel posts Ø 89 mm, platform with fall height cm 150 in almond-shaped aluminum thickness 30/10, polyethylene roof and protective panels; n.1 tower with steel posts Ø 89 mm, platform with fall height cm 150 in almond-shaped aluminum thickness 30/10, protective panels and polyethylene bench; n.1 tower with steel posts Ø 89 mm, platform with fall height cm 98 in almond-shaped aluminum thickness 30/10; n.1 inclined bridge with side rails in round tube Ø 50 mm, closures and walkway in polyethylene on galvanized steel frame.
It includes n.1 polyethylene climbing wall with handholds in polyester resin and quartz, n.1 balance climbing element with steel support Ø 50 mm and 5 armed rope lines with plastic knots, n.1 curved ladder in steel Ø 50 mm, n.1 slide h 150 cm in rotationally molded high-density polyethylene connected to the structure with polyethylene panels, n.1 tic-tac-toe play panel and n.1 time play panel, both in polyethylene.
The play panels are sensory, accessible and usable also by children with disabilities.
Assembly with galvanized steel 8.8 bolts and self-locking nuts with colored nylon caps. Posts closed with polyethylene end caps. Polyester powder coating oven-baked at 180°C, resistant to weathering and UV rays. Anchoring to the ground with hot-dip galvanized steel fittings.

Available in the following versions:

• Type A (TO PLOUGH IN) with hot-dip galvanized steel anchors;
• Type B (TO FIX ON THE FLOOR), with hot-dip galvanized steel brackets for fixing using "FISHER" type anchors or similar, NOT SUPPLIED.

Supplied in an assembly-kit.
