Villaggio Procton (Climbing Wall)

Certified in compliance with European Standards EN 1176 by TÜV-SÜD Institute.
Made of electro-galvanized and painted steel with PEHD polyethylene panels, pantographed and without sharp edges.
It consists of n. 1 tower with steel posts Ø 89 mm, equipped with platform h 150 cm made of galvanized steel frame and aluminium tread plate 30/10, decorative roof with polyethylene slopes, protective panels and bench in polyethylene, dim. 100x100x355 h; n. 1 tower with steel posts Ø 89 mm, equipped with platform h 150 cm, protective panels and bench in polyethylene, dim. 100x100x248 h; n. 1 tower with steel posts Ø 89 mm, equipped with platform h 98 cm, dim. 100x100x186 h.
The connection is made with n. 1 inclined bridge with steel tubular handrails Ø 50 mm, polyethylene side panels and floor. Present also n. 1 climbing ramp h 98 cm with polyethylene side panels and resin-quartz handholds, n. 1 climbing ramp h 150 cm with resin-quartz handholds, n. 1 balance climbing with steel tubular frame Ø 50 mm and 5 ropes with plastic nodes, n. 1 slide h 150 cm in rotational polyethylene, n. 1 sensory play panel tris, n. 1 sensory play panel time.
Assembly with galvanized steel bolts 8.8 and self-locking nuts. Nylon protective caps on bolts. Polyethylene post caps. Powder coating at 180°C with high resistance to atmospheric agents and UV rays. Hot-dip galvanized steel anchoring supports.

Available in the following versions:

• Type A (TO PLOUGH IN) with hot-dip galvanized steel anchors;
• Type B (TO FIX ON THE FLOOR), with hot-dip galvanized steel brackets for fixing using "FISHER" type anchors or similar, NOT SUPPLIED.

Supplied in an assembly-kit.
