Alcor Village (Access Ladder)

Certified in compliance with European Standards EN 1176 by the German Institute TÜV-SÜD.
Made of electro-galvanized and painted steel, with colored pantographed polyethylene PEHD panels without sharp edges.
The village consists of n.2 towers with circular section steel posts Ø 89 mm, each equipped with a platform with fall height cm 150, made with a galvanized steel tubular frame and almond-shaped aluminum floor thickness 30/10, decorative polyethylene roof, protective panels and polyethylene benches. Dim. cm 100x100x355h.
There is n.1 additional tower with steel posts Ø 89 mm, platform with fall height cm 150, protections and polyethylene bench. Dim. cm 100x100x248h.
The towers are connected by n.1 tunnel in high-density rotationally molded polyethylene and n.1 horizontal bridge with handrail in tubular Ø 50 mm, armed rope sides and polyethylene walkway on galvanized steel frame.
The structure is completed by n.1 curved ladder in round tube Ø 50 mm, n.1 pole in galvanized and painted steel Ø 40 mm, n.1 spider web in armed rope connected to galvanized steel frame Ø 50 mm with colored nylon rope locks, n.2 slides H cm 150 in polyethylene, n.1 time play panel and n.1 labyrinth play panel, both in polyethylene.
Assembly with galvanized steel 8.8 bolts and self-locking nuts. Nylon colored nut covers, polyethylene end caps. Polyester powder coating oven-baked at 180°C with high resistance. Hot-dip galvanized steel fittings for ground anchoring.

Available in the following versions:

• Type A (TO PLOUGH IN) with hot-dip galvanized steel anchors;
• Type B (TO FIX ON THE FLOOR), with hot-dip galvanized steel brackets for fixing using "FISHER" type anchors or similar, NOT SUPPLIED.

Supplied in an assembly-kit.
